MTE is unsurpassed in the knowledge and expertise of our staff. Every technician at our company has over 25 years experience. The training that they have received and vast amount of classes that they have attended would have to be broken down individually, however they are all certified by the state and some have licenses in at least one category. Our staff is considered the best in the industry. The youngest technician is 46 years old, so experience is what you receive and not a 25-year-old trainee. Our employees are called Service Technicians, not Bug Men. They will bring into your home or business years of personal experiences and training that allows them the knowledge to best service your account.
More About Our Team
All Technicians are in uniform while servicing accounts and arrive in company trucks that are affixed with proper signage. They all have state issued Drivers Licenses, as well as Certification Cards issued by The State of Tennessee Department of Agriculture, on their person at all times. Some of our employees have Special Clearances and Id's that allow them to enter heavily secured Government Buildings such as Police Evidence Rooms, the TBI Crime Lab, Prisons, and Schools. They have been subjected to background checks and investigations to obtain these clearances. This is plainly evident in our list of references. You can feel safe and secure in all aspects of the provided service of our Technicians.
